With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, the application fields of electroplating products are becoming increasingly broad, and the environmental conditions they endure are becoming more and more complex and diverse. Only by reasonably defining the environmental conditions of the product and selecting the correct environmental protection measures can we ensure that the product is not damaged during storage and transportation, and is safe and reliable during use. Therefore, conducting artificial simulated environmental tests on materials or products is an essential step in ensuring their high quality. Artificial simulation environmental testing is a scientific summary of actual environmental impacts, characterized by typicality, standardization, ease of use, and comparability. The diversification of environmental conditions and the importance of environmental testing have also put forward stricter requirements for environmental testing equipment.
The sulfur dioxide testing equipment uses sulfur dioxide gas to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products in a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, reproducing the degree of damage suffered by materials or products within a certain time range. Equipment can be used to assess the ability of materials and their protective layers to resist sulfur dioxide corrosion, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. It can also be used to assess the ability of certain products to resist sulfur dioxide corrosion.
The material used to manufacture this equipment is corrosion-resistant imported PVC plastic sheet, which does not react with sulfur dioxide, does not absorb sulfur dioxide, and does not affect the test results. In the design work of this equipment, the internal and external pressures are balanced, and the mixed gas flows uniformly inside the box. Moreover, the design takes into account the generation of condensation water at the top, inner walls, and other parts of the equipment. Therefore, the box top is designed with an inclined top angle, so that condensation water will not drip onto the sample during the testing process and affect the test results.

The inner liner is made of the same PVC plastic sheet, with a maximum temperature resistance of 60 degrees Celsius. The oversized box door is made of tempered glass and sealed with corrosion-resistant silicone rubber, which is also corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and leak free. During the experiment, the indoor test conditions can be clearly observed from the outside without affecting the test results. The box door and body are sealed with corrosion-resistant silicone rubber to prevent sulfur dioxide (hydrogen sulfide) from overflowing, which may affect the test results and corrode other equipment in the room, and even cause harm to the test operators.
The box heats up quickly and the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed. The sample rack is designed according to national standards and can also be hooked. After coming out of the steel cylinder, the sulfur dioxide gas is depressurized and then measured by a specially designed sulfur dioxide measuring barrel to the required volume. It then enters the diversion pipeline at the bottom of the box and mixes evenly with the humid air inside the box, gradually corroding the sample.
The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box and is easy to operate. The specially designed sulfur dioxide gas filtration device can quickly and effectively filter the residual sulfur dioxide (hydrogen sulfide) gas in the box after the experiment is completed, and the residual gas will not cause pollution to the atmosphere, making it easy to operate.

3、 Test box structure

The equipment is designed with two tempered glass doors, and the * door is sealed with silicone rubber to prevent gas from escaping; Design another leak proof glass door outside the * door, and use compressed air blowing between the two doors. Even if there is a leak due to operator error, the leaked gas will be blown into the filter by the compressed air.
The equipment is designed and produced entirely based on the sulfur dioxide test chamber imported from Germany. The temperature control of the equipment adopts imported temperature instruments. During the experiment, 2 liters of water were added to the interior of a 300 liter container, and the sample was placed on a specially designed sample rack. After starting up, 2 liters of sulfur dioxide gas is introduced and heated at 40 ℃ for 8 hours. The equipment automatically stops heating and begins to discharge waste gas. The waste gas is filtered by special materials and discharged outdoors. Afterwards, there is a 16 hour exposure period, and this cycle continues. After measuring the required amount of sulfur dioxide intake through a specially designed sulfur dioxide measuring bucket, the gas is then introduced into the box for testing. The sulfur dioxide gas is depressurized by a sulfur dioxide specific pressure reducing valve. After the gas transmission valve is opened, the gas enters the specially designed sulfur dioxide measuring cylinder of the equipment through a corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene tube to measure 300 liters/2 liters of gas. Then, by opening another valve, the measured gas is input into the box, and after reasonable guidance, it diffuses evenly to test the product. The operation is simple. The measuring range has been calibrated and the measurement is accurate.
The specially designed sulfur dioxide gas filtration device can quickly and effectively filter the residual sulfur dioxide gas in the box. After completing the test task through the sample, the gas enters the residual gas filter through the box pipeline. The specially designed alkali atomization neutralization and adsorption combination gas filtration device in the filter can quickly and effectively filter the residual gas in the box after the test is completed. The pH value of the residual gas is weakly alkaline, which will not cause pollution to the atmosphere and is easy to operate. After a small amount of condensed water is collected inside the box, it can be centrally treated.
The heating of the box adopts titanium metal heating tubes, and the water tank at the bottom of 300 liters/2 liters is heated, with fast heating, uniform temperature and humidity distribution, and humidity close to 100%. Special design of sample rack.
The equipment control system is designed on the right side of the box, with simple operation. A fan is installed at the rear of the electrical control cabinet to dissipate the heat generated during operation to the outside of the equipment.

4、 Box material:
